We offer professional grooming services for cats and dogs at our location:

Appointments & Payments

  • No deposits or upfront payments are required.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment you will be billed for 1/2 the service or daycare fee.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed or incomplete appointments.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • Pet grooming involves handling animals and the use of grooming tools.

  • By booking with us, you agree that The Grooming Cottage Inc is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or unexpected outcomes during or after grooming services.

  • Owners are responsible for informing us of any known health conditions or behavioral issues before the grooming session.
